Brick-and-mortar Libraries are now (141119) being folded one by one and their place is taken by online Libraries. These Internet-age online Libraries coupled with Internet Search Engines, such as Google, are providing more information to the ESL students and teachers alike.
In places where either Internet is not easily assessable or when search engines have been blocked, ways have been found to overcome the difficulty by having mini-libraries such as TIL SD-Library, in which have been stored not only text in the form of pdf files, sound-recordings, and video-clips. Since a learning or teaching programme requires a library at hand you can listen to sound-recordings which are marked <)), and watch videos marked <Ô>.
