{a.ti.} : prefix - not {a.} & {ti.}

UKT 130912, 140515, 150122, 160515: {a.ti.} अति «ati» is used as a prefix is used before many words. Wikipedia lists a number of prefixes, such as अति «ati»: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sanskrit_and_Persian_roots_in_Hindi 130912, 160515

अति- (ati-) , English equiv: "super- ".
Etymology: अति (extremely, beyond, over). Hindi example: अतिकाल (atikāl) = delay

We note that {a.ti.} is a Tib-Bur word as found in Bur-Myan,

The syllable {a.ti.} is a prefix and must not be broken up into {a.} & {ti.}. It is pronounced with a schwa /əti/. Unlike {a.}, {a.ti.} does not imply a negation.
Pal: {a.ti.} - UHS PMD0028

{a.ti.kRa.} / {a.ti.ka.ra.}

UKT 200429: Remember both Pali and Skt are rhotic, and {ka.ra.} without rhoticity violates vowel-order. We have come to only after • {a.ti.kau:pa.} अतिकोप [ ati-kopa ]. Since {ka.} must precede {kau:}, U Hoke Sein's spelling {a.ti.ka.ra.} violates vowel-order. However, we can excuse UHS because there is no way to differentiate, Myanmar {ra.}/? and Pali {Ra.}/ {R}. I would not have noticed this problem, if I have not studied Pali and Sanskrit together.

- https://grammarofsanskrit.wordpress.com/2015/01/01/sanskrit-is-simple-only-four-parts-of-speech/ 160516.
"We can say सुप् and तिङ् are two broad types of dresses to dress up raw (or seed) words. The dresses are of two broad types, because raw (or seed) words are of two broad types – nominal roots प्रातिपदिक-s and verbal roots धातु-s. ... ... ... सुप् and तिङ् are actually suffixes, word-endings प्रत्यय-s, which dress up the seeds प्रातिपदिक-s and धातु-s respectively."
