UKT 200517: Remember Bur-Myan is non-rhotic, but Pal-Myan is rhotic.
Pronounce
{ra.} and its derives without rhoticity in Burmese, but pronounce
{Ra.} in Pali. Romabama editor note this in
naming akshara bookmarks.
