UKT 140616: Mon-English Dictionary, by Robert Halladay, Ministry of Union Culture, Govt. of Union of Burma, 1955, gives:
   Phņrakõn (Skt: «phālguna») n. the 12th lunar month.
The Western zodiacal sign is Pisces, and the name of the Bur-Myan month is {ta.baung:} . It straddles March & April.
