UKT: Mount Meru is a mythical mountain at the centre of the Universe and is the abode of celestial beings. It is the Buddhist counterpart of the Grecian Mount Olympus the abode of the Greek gods.

cātummahārājiko -- (adj.) belonging to the 4 great kings चतुर् + महाराज + इक   (UKT: to check Devanagari spelling with peers). The cātummahārājikā devā are the inhabitants of the lowest of the six devalokas. It is called cātummahārājiko devāloko  or cātummahārājikaṁ bhuvanaṁ , and extends from yugandara rocks to the cakkavāḷapabbhata , and is situated above jambudīpa and the other three continents but a vast height.
UKT: jambudīpa is the Southern Continent or island and is supposed to be the Indian sub-continent where Gotamma Buddha was born.. (to check with peers.)

UKT: the above is my interpretation of UMT's entry. The word "tarā" is a very loose Myanmar usage for the English word <fact>. The word vagga is interpreted by UTM as <group>
2. a medicine compounded of 4 ingredients: {tha.byé}, {thak.yin:}, {lak.htoat} and {hsé:pa.lè:}

n. observation of the eight precepts on the 14th waning day of the moon, i.e. on the new moon.
UKT: a Myanmar lunar month can either have 29 or 30 days, and is divided into the waxing phase and the waning phase. The waxing phase is always made up of 15 days, whereas the waning phase is either 14 or 15 days, and therefore the 14th waning day can be considered to be end of the month.
