sang-j-indx.htm
As described by Father Vincenzo Sangermano,
First published: 1833,
with Preface by N. Wiseman, dated: Rome, June 1, 1833
Second edition: 1885,
with Preface by John Jardine, dated: Rangoon, Apri 5, 1884
Third edition: 1893,
with Introduction and Notes by John Jardine and published at Westminster.
UKT 130924: I have a downloaded PDF of Third edition from one of Internet websites some time ago. I cannot remember the website now: most probably from: http://books.google.ca/books/about/The_Burmese_empire ... (download date ?)
There might be mismatch in page numbers between this PDF and the reprint of 1995 which I have bought from White Orchid Press, Thailand. Since, I can carry only a few books while on the move between Canada and Myanmarprι, and because the Sangermano's book is of low priority, I have no choice but to use the downloaded PDF with me..
Fifth edition: 1966, with Introduction
and Notes by John Jardine, translated
by Tandy, W. (Susil Gupta, London),
5th ed. 1966, pp.311.
UKT hand-copied some portions in 1972-73
Reprinted: 1995 ISBN 974-89219-2-1,
published by White Orchid Press,
Thailand.
Copied, set in HTML, and edited by U Kyaw Tun (UKT) (M.S., I.P.S.T., USA), and staff of

UKT 130707: It is the most difficult to edit because of terms which I could not
recognize. To make my task easier I am splitting the book into two parts,
Prefaces, John Jardine's Introduction, TIL-collection, and
Sangermano's work proper.
