UKT: Bur-Myan being a non-sibilant language does not have a dedicated grapheme for phoneme /s/ as in Skt-Dev which has two graphemes: one for /s/ (dental-sibilant) ष , and another for /c/ (palatal-plosive) च .
   Romabama when applied to non-Burmese languages with these phonemes is in need of two graphemes, and I have set {sa.} for both /s/ and /c/ in the onset position, but have set {S}/{s}  and {c} in the coda position. These graphemes are realized in the following words:
