UKT notes

UKT: The phoneme «ai» is realized in Bur-Myan as {è:}. However this is absent in Eng-Lat and Pal-Myan. This has led me to suggest that Bur-Myan as a Tibeto-Burman (Tib-Bur) language had existed side by side with Skt-Dev an Indo-European (IE) language. It is probable that Pal-Myan was an intermediate language more akin to Tib-Bur than to IE. -- UKT111205
