UKT 191225: Caveat : In Skt-Dev there is always the possibility of mix-up between
{wa.} and
{ba.}. This is due to their inability to pronounce /w/, which they pronounce as /v/. Though BEPS has
{va.} (1 blnk) and
{va} (2 blnk), for comparison to Pali-Myan and and eventually to Bur-Myan, I've to change their
{va.} (1 blnk) and
{va} (2 blnk) to
{wa.} and
{wa}.
{wa.} : begin

UKT 191218: Though Bur-Myan
{wa.} and Eng-Lat <o> looks exactly the same in type-written script, they are entirely different in hand-written script.
Bur-Myan
{wa.} begins at the bottom and the rounding is right-handed, whereas Eng-Lat <o> begins at the top and is left-handed. The appearance is quite noticeable: Burmese is more circularly-rounded, but English is slightly oval. This difference must be observed in "filling in the
{ín:} kernel"
{ín: hsän þwín:} which is important in constructing Yan aka
{ín:}. The process must be done by an adept who has taken at least the Five Precepts of Buddhism, who must concentrate in mind in writing the akshara while reciting the appropriate mantra. The whole procedure is described in a formula known as Tantra.
