Entry {ha.} : indefinite POA deep within the throat
p127-1 / pdf152
p128-0
UKT 140605: The sound of {ha.} is articulated deep within the throat by both Bur-Myan and Mon-Myan speakers. It is without a definite POA (Point Of Articulation). It is also not a whispering sound sometimes called by the Westerners as "aspiration" or "breathing sound". It is an imbroglio and I need to study more and with my better understanding this note of mine is bound to change.
